Re: They'll be catching pike next .....

Crows are brilliant. By far my favorite bird of all.

There are older videos on youtube showing them use tools to get food. The best one imo was the crow using pebbles to raise the water level in a tube to get at some floating food.

Re: Drying a boat

Wondering what the appeal of carpet is ? Because it make the interior of an ally boat quieter when moving about or if you drop something  I use a Sladle to keep the fish of the boat floor for the rare occasion I bring a fish aboard preferring to unhook in the water. I don't rely on the carp...

bit pricey those. for similar ones under a tenner the piergiacomi TR 30 58 are hard to beat. clean cut every time even after several years use on 7 strand and braid.

Though i did try the handle i had cut off and it had a really nice flutter.

Like Bill was saying, vary it. im no expert on trolling, for fish that is, but id go about it the same way I would lure fish from the bank, different retrieve speeds, depths, lure types and actions, features, locations, etc etc. If there was a defeinitive answer id actually be catching pike :laughs...

Do you really need a bigger screen ?

Must be a pain in the a**e having to put the slippers on to go over to yer screen to see if its a jack or a double looking at yer baits i suppose.
