The Daiwa 4lb test boat rods were developed after i used a range of rods us to 5lb test. 5lb was too much, 3lb not enough. Its finding an inexpensive venue. The actual spiritual home of zander fishing is of course Woburn. we couldn't afford to hire it! I can get you a venue for free My sheds available that day Got a three seater in it too :laughs: that will be one too many :wink: 30 to 35 attend. Quality not quantity.

Interestingly a 12 foot sea nympth with a Mariner 4 4 stroke with one person and the weight forward will plane at 13 mph!

mick i did take it to Mortons and it couldnt be fitted it. The jobs I wanted doing to the boat were done well as usual.

SERVICING SUZUKI 25

looking for advice on someone to service my engine. Suzuki recommends Ilkeston which is a fair old trek from Gainsborough. There must be somewhere nearer.

Like so many things will it be as good as the video? In this race to see better underwater it is really going to boil down to how much you can throw at improved technology? To some extent we are all "buying" the fish we want to catch. Where though does this end?

with a float 0.8 to 1.4 mph Without a float up to 2 mph. also depends whether you are running baits straight or with a bend in them.

If you have power trim a piece of 3 by 3 wood works well. Power down on to it and the engine doesn't move. i cant run with the engine down because its too close to the deck.

I'm not sure a half mackerel weighs 8oz. I do know that a super smelt of 9 inches weighs about 3 to 4oz
