Hi Guys,
I'm a bit of an all rounder but, having spent the summer chasing cats, I've just started deadbaiting for pike for the first time. I've caught a few jacks previously on lures but Sunday, just gone, I went deadbaiting for the first time. Half a bluey under a float, fished over depth, caught me a couple of pike either side of 7lb each. So, as a first trip I was very pleased, but I'm looking forward to improving upon this as the season progresses with the help of all the info on this site.
Tight lines,
/Phil.
