New member...old piker

Post by Running Bear »

Afternoon all

I've piked since the late 80s all over Ireland chasing the big girls, but now I mostly fish shorter sessions on the fly or wobbling.

I haven't been on predator forums since the early interweb days, way too many haters back then.

So what bought me here now, well I no longer care what those types think AND I need info on current options for a new wobbling rod or blank.

Wobbling rods, size of bait and distance needed on the chuck you need are criteria we need to know before recommending something.

With wobbled deads you need a softer top and into the middle or you will just get through too many baits.

Lumbies Duellists are the first thing that comes to mind.
