Sodder buy eastfield

For anyone who follows the scandi lure scene and hasn't seen eastfields most recent post, they've been bought by Sodder sportsfiske!!

Jacob and the lads will still be working in the workshop but they need a monetary push sodder can provide. They've obviously got plans so will be interesting to see what they come up with now!

Didn't see that one coming. Wonder if they will be exclusive to sodder. Bit s**t with the current import fees if so!

I've got the viper 29 mate, stunning lure. Masters of the soft plastic them lads. The wingman is a belter aswell.

I toyed with a 40cm Banshee but its a serious bait that need a good tree to carve it

The problem here is the volume of sales, the mould / moulds will have cost a lot of money and that has to be recouped through relatively low sales.
If everybody buying a new car bought a Ferrari they’d eventually be the price of a new Golf

Seems insanely expensive but it's still cheaper than 5 kilos of boilies, and hopefully it lasts more than 1 session.

Not likely to crack it off as it weighs a pound and probably isn't going to cast much

It's not easy, or cheap to make a bait that big nevermind up to the standard it is. They still make them in their workshop aswell so they're not factory made, still all handpainted.

They may well become factory made now sodder have bought them which would lower the price a lot
