Fox Spikey Shads , Fox Slick Shads

Post by Taffypiker »

Anyone rate these ?

Is the spike creating bubbles to attract predators just marketing ?

No idea but the spikeys do catch fish. Particularly like the tiny micro sized ones.

I like the micro spikey’s and slicks for perch.
I’ve just bought some 23cm slick shads fir the up coming season. Never used them in this size but they look the part !?!

The 7cm slick shads are attractive to chub , perch , trout and jacks in my experience

Love the Slick shads for Perch. Slimline profile tail gives a faster drop on the pause than a paddle tail. Sometimes a small change in action like this is the difference required. Well worth a packet in the tackle box. As above the lemon coloured one is a fav and has accounted for Perch of 4+ 5+ and 6+ out in Holland for me.
