New replicant spinning hook

Anybody else missing takes / losing fish with high frequency on the new 8" replicants? Is the fact that the treble spins on a swivel the problem? Anybody found a decent resolution?

I will be staying well away from Fox's "New Belly Hook Rotation System" until such time as they "might" prove either an improvement......or simply a marketing ploy Rich'.

We understand the theory (anti-leverage purchase etc), but I had wondered when I spotted the latest models, if it would truly be an improvement..........or not.

Will be sticking with the "old" pending lots' more feedback........your experience is not encouraging.
