I found a lure at the bottom of the riverbed
a while back I hit a snag and pulled this out, no markings, wondering what it is
measurements are 130mm and 20 grams
whoever owned this had it rigged up to a 1oz weight like perch dropshot style. It seemed like they were just dragging it along the bottom. Crazy.

Looks like a Chinese copy but they do still work very well and catch fish, especially fished as a jerkbaitbencarvosso wrote: ↑Sun Mar 28 2021 00:19 -that's a great clue, it def looks like a megabass lureIs it a vision 110 lure

Just checked it against an original £24 110 MB.
Rings wrong size, body deeper, eyes set lower, hook hangers larger, plus those differences previously mentioned.
Bin it or donate, probably has a poor action anyway.

Not necessarily. The Chinese lure factories are very good at cloning premium baits these days and many of them are excellent.
I'd give it a try and see how you get in with it.

Seriously though I don't think the detail on the freebie is much different to the real thing.

On rivers in winter, I generally find "grinding" lures slow near bottom, best for pike. I mainly use shads and spinnerbaits with upturned hooks to minimise snagging.
I haven't tried lead at end of trace with a neutral / slow float crank - but imagine it might be a good option.
