Long thin blades

Are they OK in stillwater ? I mean , do they not spin or sink or something ?

Long thin blades might need more of a jerk to start spinning, then they'll either run deeper at the same speed as a wider blade, or fish faster at the same depth as they have less lift.

Another plus for the spinnerbait arms I've recommended, is that you swap both the blades and jigheads / weights (cheaply!), to vary presentations; eg smaller / narrower blades and heavier jigs, to run deeper / faster. For pike and perch in winter, I usually favour slow near the bottom. Upturned singles snag less than inline trebles then, too.
