Been local canal this morning for couple hours had decent morning about thirty perch , but water was full as what I can only describe as tiny jellyfish type creatures about 1” diameter can’t say I’ve ever seen this before

freshwater jellyfish do exist.

They need really warm water to grow into their "adult" form, so they are only seen in the summer.

Did you record the water temp where you where fishing?

No never recoded temp but they were everywhere and about inch to inch and half diameter, like cross structure through centre if that makes sense I can’t recall seeing it before
