Hi lads.
Fairly new to deadbaiting but have been lure fishing for a good while, Just wondering I've bought some Greys prowla fledger booms online has anyone have any experience with these ? They look very good.. going to be using with popups and without popups, in a lake that's fairly weedy..
Cheers

Re: Greys fledger booms
have used them and discarded them quickly.
the lead mount is way to stable. in case of being snagged it will not break of the lead, causing you to leave a trace in the water. that is a no go. besides the eye for the line is way to small for my liking and the boom section is prone to tangle. if you are fishing in weed, don't use it.
go for a rotten bottom running rig instead!
