I make it 33 scales on the lateral line which is in the right bracket for a crucian and it does look right for a crucian. I'm no expert though!

Cheers lads, I’ve joined a small syndicate in Cumbria mainly for its tench but had a couple of these crucians this being the biggest, just wondering if they where genuine or some sort of goldfish
