After being let down by a seller on E-Bay who took my money for an order for a new landing net and then after he had the full payment contacted me to say he didn't even have the net in stock. I will not name him but I did suggest that he kept a much closer eye on what he was advertising as in stock and for sale) I put another order for the same net in to Fishing Tackle and Bait Ltd of Enniskellin, County Farmanah. I sent them a message to ask them to confirm that they did in deed have the net in stock and their communications were helpful, polite and generally great. I ordered the net on Monday morning and it was listed to arrive on Friday. Low and behold the door bell was rang by a DPD delivery driver yesterday afternoon and was given my new net. Coming all the way from Enniskillen in just 3 days I would say that service like that is faultless and deserves mention and full credit.

When a company treat a customer properly (Just as they did me) they certainly deserve recognition!

Fishing Tackle and Bait are great - I've used them on ebay, amazon and also visited the shop a few times when in Enniskillen. Great service, very friendly & polite and also very knowledgable about the tackle they sell and most importantly where to fish locally and what works best
