Online Baits UK

Post by Mike J »

I telephoned my order on Wednesday 15.46 for delivery on Friday.
Friday 08.50 a strong insulated box arrived at my door.
Upon opening every single bait pack and the sealed packs of ice within the case was rock hard, not one item gave any indication of defrosting.
With an overnight 8C and 11C when delivered and my baits arriving in perfect condition clearly emphasises the care the company took with my order.
As a bonus the insulated case and the ice packs are strong enough they will be recycled for future use.
This is the very first time I have used a commercial bait company and will definitely be using Online Baits UK again.

Highly Recommended

Always the same! Packed properly never skimp on ice packs. Like you’ve just pulled them from freezer never any indication of defrosting

Used them 2-3 times a year since I got the heads up about them on here, every purchase gave me 100% satisfaction.
I always ring my order through now and the lady is more than happy to do it that way and she can physically check whats in stock.
The only time I had an issue was when I ordered mackerel 2s for a very specific bait size and they sent me mackerel 1s as they were out of 2s.
The 1s were simply too big for what I needed so they refunded me, all was happy.
My bait fridge has enough capacity for £60 of bait so postage is free.
Very good service and quality of bait!
