Three old 6500B's, a small shimmy Aero and 3x old aero baitrunners all sent for service. All turned around in a few days and back with nice new reel bags after servicing. Some bearings and washers replaced FOC and when the small aero i had bought second hand was found to have the wrong spool on it he even swapped that foc too!
Then a c*ck up on my part paying where i overpaid thanks to a decimel point error....
Paul was on the phone pointing out the issue straight away and organising the refund of what was not a small amount
