I bought a few items online and one turned out to be unavailable. They sent a suitable replacement in it's place, with which I was perfectly satisfied.

The reason I think they deserve a mention in 'Good reviews' it that they tried calling me twice (unsuccessfully, as I was working away) and left a polite message asking me if this was ok, as well as sending me an email explaining the situation and checking the substitution was acceptable, all before dispatching the items, which still arrived in a perfectly reasonable time frame.

What was the item over which they took such care and diligence in making sure I was satisfied? A £1 packet of hooks.
Their efforts to reach me probably cost way more in their time than their margin on the product. Guess they care about customer service and satisfaction... I was impressed!
