Picked up Extreme Pike book with a lucky raffle ticket at the Newark PAC show , found that although all pages were contained in it the binding had gone wrong and a block of pages were in the wrong order. Emailed Stephen Harper not to complain but because I thought he should know to ensure other copies that were for sale were correctly bound so avoiding returns . He replied immediately asking for my address so that he could send me another correctly bound copy which he has now done . Excellent non paying customer service !
