Delboy can't get on he is with Virgin. Still getting the old "technical difficulties" message. Saw your message on Facebook about giffgaff and talktalk could this be the same with Virgin?

Quite possibly mate. I had to change my dns provider cause it would'nt work. it can take up to 72 hours for talktalk giffgaff virgin etc etc to update their records. I think changing dns provider would be a bit beyond Dels computer experience.

get him to try this though, while looking at the page about "technical difficulties" on his keyboard hold down the CTRL key then press F5 (ctrl+f5) page will reload and hopefuly it works. if not he'll need to wait

Man can live for a month without food,a week without water. Two days without the Pit and its game over.
