if anyone is having login issues please visit the link below and click yes to delete cookies made by the forum and try again.

ucp.php?mode=delete_cookies

If this doesnt work you need to clear cookies manualy through your browser settings

I can log in on my laptop that uses Internet Explorer.

However I can no longer log in on my Samsung mobile using the Samsung browser despite clearing the cookies.

Maybe need to dig deeper. Can you view what cookies you have in the browser and delete all for the-piker-pit.co.uk

Maybe my link didnt get them all ?

Sorry, I can't seem to find where to find individual cookies on my phone, just on my laptop.

BTW, I had to log in again to make this post.

The phone is ok Andy, but still no joy with the computer after clearing everything. There might be other members locked out completely, I've just been talking to the Tinnyman on the phone, he can't log in at all, phone, tablet or computer.

Ok I went into chrome, settings, advanced clear browsing data and deleted the cookies manually in there (make sure cookies and other data is selected), that worked.

For login issues give this a try, no idea if it will work. This has got me stumped big time since its all working fine for a lot of people.

Go here : ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=autologin_keys

Scroll to the very bottom. Click "mark all" and click "delete marked"

Logout

Delete cookies again and then login.

Remeber to select remember me! :giggle:

Could some of you be running your browsers in private moxe permanently

Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1031084

For chrome users check over this:

Go to Settings (the wrench) > Options > Under the Hood(Bonnet)

Look in Content Settings at the Cookies tab, and see if "Clear cookies and other site data when I close my browser" is enabled. If so disable it.
