I bought a centerpin off Dragon carp last year, cost me £30 + p&p and it's simply fantastic and gets rave reviews by those that tested it. Strange think is it's the same pin that TFG used to sell for over a ton. Sometimes they do have reel bargins:|

I had a 25 pounder on their £12 pike rod. Definately a good starter rod. Very well built but doesn't have the casting ability and nice feel to a new rod.

The company fills a market for people starting out, skint or just for the kids.

it fills a market for those who are tight wads, I love it when one of his "shows" are on at Newark, usually my busiest day of the week you have to remember ---you buy cheap you buy twice.

And please remember before you buy from him--- he sells pike gags, and despite both Alan and myself having a go at him he refuses to stop selling them while they are still legal

I am with you you get what you pay for If you want cheap tacky gear which might last a season or 2 if you lucky then buy from this company where if you are wanting good quality gear which will last a long time more then buy well known products Yes more expensive but quality is always expensive

I bought a triangular specimen net from them about 15 years ago and its still going strong and has been great, but at the same time i bought a pair of carp rods, 2.5lb tc, and they were like rubber from tip to butt

Mate at work ordered a seat box from them had broken bits all over sent them back new ones arrived still broken got shitty with him as they didn't beleive him. Utter dog s***e the Findas, Aldi, Iceland and lidl of the fishing world honest no horsing around

I made a complaint to Trading Standards about Dragon Carp. Their store in Spalding was advertising all this stuff as half price and on sale, when in fact the price they were asking was the RRP. So IMO, totally misleading the customer. Of course not a lot happened as it would have meant someone getting off their a**e and investigating it. After a few emails I did finally get a response, but only to confirm they had received my complaint and would look into it. I never heard anything after that. What makes me laugh about Dragon is that most of their stock look like some one else's second hand junk. The staff in the store looked bored shitless too.

He's made his money.. Sell it off at the peak then drag a wage by working for them.... It's called greed
