Would you ever consider putting another book together Dave or is it too much risk nowadays? I definately think that there was a market for it
With retirement looming and more time on my hands, I'd certainly give it some thought, Adam?

I think I was fortunate with the timing of Ultimate Pike - it was relatively easy to get the material together and it made a few quid too.

(I'm not sure either would happen these days face)

Just jogged my memory, I am about to read this from cover to cover again.
I'm proud of it all, Paul.

(But David Overy's contribution takes some beating for me mate face)

David's was a very good contribution. One day I saw David on that water where he caught his biggie. I had a 47.5 inch pike that weighed no where near his 38lber.

You caught yours from the same venue, Ady?

We all know how much weights can fluctuate? I once caught the same Pike at 26.8 and 31.15 in the same winter.

I never fished it myself but BIG Phil Wakeford and I walked to within view of it one day (April 94), whilst exploring!

(Oh what might have been face)

Dave. DO's pike would have been about 47 inches +/- 1 inch as a guess. I have checked my photos with the picture of DO's pike in your book, and it's hard to say for sure (it was p*****g it down when I caught my fish so there is some lens fogging). I doubt it's the same fish. I fished it for the first time from spring 1998. I know Phil was interested in it. It was a good venue.
