Seems to me just a random series of articles from the Society's Barbel Fisher magazine
put together in a book. There are some very good chapters though.
Not a patch on the perch fishers second book .

One book I missed out on ,(it was on my christmas list but because my missus left it to late ,it was sold out) was A glorious waste of time by Jim Gibbenson,I know there is a reprint about by little egret I think but I wanted the original,That bloke was one of the best anglers around back in the day,imo

I saw one at the convention del :exit:

I fancy reading this too will get the paperback reprint though. Anybody read Len arberys "ripples and reflections" fancy this one too.
