I`ve got some that have lasted ok without cracking too. Mainly DB3`s, they seemed more durable for some reason....

Re: Bagleys
Bagley's are definitely now on the general (US) collector's radar and there will be specialist 'Bagley's Buffs' now too. You a!ready see 'collectors's speak' creeping into descriptions on eBay, like "early brass hardware" "looks unfished" and "tough colour" (presumably the reason for the big price on that rare purple B3).
I'll never regard them as vintage, simply because I considered them to be 'ultra modern' when I first started using them and I refuse to acknowledge that perhaps I'm now that old!

A swarm of 'Killer Bs' (plus DB-3 & DB-3 Magnums).

Very nice John particularly like the two colour schemes in the top left. I have always enjoyed using the balsa D-B3 and would like to acquire some of the magnum versions though they dont come up for sale in the UK often.

John, any idea what the top bait is mate? more elongated than the standard DB3 below it in the pic. No model name on it, just marked "Bagleys" on the belly...

Re: Bagleys
Some kind of '¹digger' for sure. Parallel lips go straight down. Has it got a belly weight? Maybe an early version of the 'dredge''?
Probably worth $$$$$$

Here's a nice mixed bunch to keep us going. The little 'Fat Cats' are almost impossibly cute!

Re: Bagleys
Bagley's are associated with baits made from hardwood and balsa (I know, also technically a hardwood . . ) but their plastic baits are very good too.
Can anyone think of any other Bagley's plastic baits, other than their 'Top Gun''?
