Deer in the rain

I was sheltering against an oak tree in the woods waiting for a break in the rain to take some food to the badgers and foxes when this deer showed up and set about having a munch in the rain. I took several clips before she crossed my scent line. This was the last clip as she finally rumbled me. :smile:
I don't care who your dad is , you're not walking across the river when I'm fishing!

Excellent stuff :thumbs: I`ve yet to see a muntjac , they havent got this far north yet (but they will eventually).....

Something I didn’t know was that they have those two vertical glands on their faces. They are flaring like nostrils as the deer sense danger.
Somebody on an FB group pointed it out.
I don't care who your dad is , you're not walking across the river when I'm fishing!
