A lake i fish has an Osprey pop by now and again they don't arf drop into the water with quite an impact. The Resident Red Kites very often chase it off.
The Red Kite's are far more elegant in catching fish merely swooping down catching them on or near the surface, they then settle in one of the tree's to feed on their meal.
