My pets.

I recently set up a new tank, its around 80 gallons, is outside and has 1 crap, i chub, 1 tench, i bream (silver) 1 roach, 1 rudd, 1 perch, 1 ruffe, 1 dace and 4 gudgeon, 1 of which I have had fort wo years and the crap for three, I love sitting with a bear and watching them feed :gulp:

How long have you had the gudgeon. I tried to keep them but didnt have any success

Yes .Croftty I have had one of the gudge two years and personally always found them very hardy!

I have a brownie in mine.
Caught about this time last year from a once very polluted river.
Its stopped glowing green now and is at least 4oz bigger
Gonna have to take him for a walk or use him cos he kills everything else in the tank.

By a stroke of good luck I now have a barbel :thumbs: that is actually smaller the the gudgeon :laughs: but is quite happy swimming with them.
Its really interesting seeing the different personalities of the now ten species of fish I have, love it!

Remember eels are a protected species now Alan, wouldn't be wise to advertise the fact you have one in a tank, if you do manage to get one.
