Sadly rare in Kent now too.
They're a very common sight on the local fields that I roam with my metal detector. It always amazes me how they break cover so close to me and until they made a dash for the horizon I hadn't even seen them.

Do see and hear of damage / aggro from coursers, so must be some; unsure if they have contributed to decline?
