Great to see a Barn Owl any time

first time to spot a barn owl on the venue. She flew over 5 times Great to see. Then half way though the 30 minute walk back to the car at dusk I heard a big splash on the far bank. Thought it was a monster pike but just enough light to spot a Roe deer in the margins trying to find a way up the steep bank. Few seconds earlier I might have seen her mid river.
Thats the first time I've seen a deer in the water too.
