Messing about when fishing

My eel fishing has started the way it usually does - with a blank. So I played around taking snaps.

A rather long c*rp rolled on the edge of those pads and I was almost tempted to put a bolie on. The a pasty crashed out a rod length from the bank and I remembered how much I dislike c*rp!

I'd only fish a boilie on one rod. I wouldn't want to end up in this situation again!

Now you've said it it wont work. It has to be done naturally.

I've tried the "if I roll a ciggy I'll get a bite" and it wont happen. Do it naturally then yes you bet im going to miss a good fish

Same as being out after a deer Id been trying to knock over for weeks, one leg over a saggy barbed wire fence, look up and its less than 60yds away!

Looks tenchy as hell, they're in but it doesn't live up to expectations. I've done better on a pad-less water over the road. The same for other tench anglers.
