I saw that earlier, and reading through it's traveled some distance. Bringing with it the spector of invasive species as mentioned in the article on the BBC page.

Great photo though. It would not look out of place in a Discworld novel I thought.

Hmmm....the walrus looks as though its had noise reduction applied to within an inch of its life and looks like a painting, and the starling is apparently flying backwards

The last (junior) pic would be my favourite out of those

I thought that about the starling. Should have used second curtain synch?

The walrus might as well have been shot on a phone. Maybe it was.

Glad its not just me I can`t make sense of the motion blur with the starling.....1st curtain flash it would be ahead of the bird, 2nd curtain behind it. It`s going both ways to my eyes?

The ball`s probably the most unique standout shot among that lot to be fair
