Unlikely but worth a punt...
Does anyone here keep killifish? They are not too easy to get hold off unless you are in the scene (which I am not), and I don't like receiving live-fish through the post.
I want to get some of the more unusual ones. I am also happy to take the eggs and hatch them.

I did actually see some in a local imdependant garden centre last week, I can on you their details if you want, but they are over my way?

I used to work for an importers of tropical fish in the East end of London 30 years ago the blokes still trading,
His dad at the time was one of the main breeders of Killifish in this country guessing the trades moved on quite a bit since then, PM some details & I can give him a bell for you if you want?

Your old job sounds brilliant...I cant imagine the pay was too great, but I bet it was really interesting. Its the type of job I always wanted to do when I was growing up. A part of me regrets not becoming an ichthyologist who travels to far away places looking for fish.
