Murphy my lab
Is in intensive care at vet hospital in glasgow, think hes had a massive stroke and gettin an mri scan today,,,ive even knocked back an appointment for myself in hospital,,,feckin knackerd n bubbling like a big wean

Never got out the street when nuerologist phoned, hes had a massive stroke in the neck, and no point going up today as hes out of it, over the weekend hes to get blood thinners n fluids and physio to see if he can get up ,we can see him tomorrow

Been there, it's awful when your best friend gets sick. Fingers crossed he recovers. Absolutely gutting when something like this happens.

Saw him today,was shittin myself incase he never knew me, but nurses brought him out on a wee trolley n he was crying n tryin to lift his head,,, he hadnt been eating n me n marion took in cold meat n he scoffed it, but he was trying to lift his head to get at it,n after a couple of goes i held it away on purpose so he reached for it, i even got a paw albeit a slow one, vet even says hes still got his bladder control as well, but everythings jyst down to time n work noo,,,might be weeks in hospital.... wi nae insurance lol

So glad Murphy was a little better than yesterday.
A good sign that he still has his appetite and that he Gave you his paw.

Hello all ,my doctor phoned my mummy n daddy this morning and said not much change and i wasnt eating again, still just comfy lying on my side cos im a bit of a wonky donky... but look what i did when i saw them today....pic from crofty when he gets message lol
