I haven't seen a good mate of mine (falconer) for quite a while, so today took my other half with a case of beer for him, and flowers for his wife, for a visit.
Apart from breeding birds of prey, he has also bred German Shorthaired Pointers and this is where we got our dog from several years ago and he's a beaut of a dog if I don't say so myself.
I knew before got there that one of his bitches had recently had a litter so we were prepared to be mauled to death, and they didn't disappoint, but what I hadn't reckoned on was that one of the unsold pups (dog) which we fell in love with is now ours.
As of yet unnamed, and due to be picked up in early August, here's our GSP's new play mate.....

Cracking looking dog, mate of mine works one with a pair of harris’s it's a pleasure to watch. Hope he turns out to be everything you want him to be
