How to enable quotes?

Post by Rob Jones20 »

Sorry if this has been asked before but reading through the threads the quotes are not shown by default. I've got a feeling you can change it but heck if I can see how!

On the right hand side of the quote it should have a link "show quote"

Thank you, yes I see that but I would like quotes expanded by default but searching older threads on the subject it seems it can't be done.

it can be done, but it wont be done :laughs:

It used to be expanded but previously there were heated debates (give it a day or two there will be another) the quote button got abuse and you end up scrolling through forever and you end up with the same content about 10 times on a single page  :afraid:

a multiple closed quote option might work, so those that have to read things over again to understand them and do so without filling acres of screen space for others might work  :study: :study:
retired so time to smell the roses.
