Alerts just don't happen for me , I may be using the wrong term but when somebody sends me a PM I want an email to tell me, I would call that a notification but on here that seems to mean something different, I have set my profile up and receive them ok so I just want to be told when by email as I am not on here every day......any ideas please

Cancel your setting and start again, or PM Croftus.

Have you tried these settings ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_options

I receive emails fine when somone pm's me
