For Sale Section -' New Topic' Icon seems to be missing!

Hi, Wonder if you can please help?

I was planning to place an advert on the For Sale section earlier today , but the 'New Topic' icon which I assume I would use to draft the ad seems to have disappeared, meaning I have no way of placing the ad!!
Can you help please?

You need to have made 50 posts before being allowed to use the For Sale section (I think)
Helps avoid undesirables abusing the system

I still don't have the new topic option for the sales category -what's it worth or videos at over 100 posts..
