I'm getting bundles of them from the site to let me know that someone has posted.

(Can I do something to eliminate this happening please face)

Dave,

Click profile,

Click preferences,

6th one down- 'Always notify me of replies', and

Click no

Then save.

It should solve it

You can also do it on a thread-by-thread basis (there is an option to watch - or not - at the foot of each thread). If you choose not to "watch" it you don't get emails
