i used to dabble in gynaecology fora while ....is that any help .....,but i was not registered

I have heard that is has a rejuvenative effect very similar to that experienced following the capture of a big pike, which may explain why so many are always trying to catch one.
Not that I would know anything about either.

Last week at breakfast, my wife dropped one of her tablets. I went down to pick it up, couldn't get back up because of my bad knee. While I was struggling on the floor, she asked if I'd taken my medicine. I couldn't remember.

Nothing to worry about, fast forward twenty years and you will be much fitter and healthier than you are now.

At 17 I spent 6months with an iron on my leg, broke a knuckle, dislocated a knee, broke three toes, collied both ears and lost five teeth along the way. The nurses at the local A&E used to joke that my file was the largest in the Hospital (even got to date two of them ).
Since I turned 50 Ive seen less of my Doctors than I did in a year back then.

Only problems now are my skin cancers caused by to much fishing in the sun

How long have you got Dave ?

If i am honest, for my age, 75 I am pretty fit, 2 weeks ago i pushed a loaded barrow 1.25 mls to a lake.
I was totally knackered when i got there but I did get there...

Its just my eyes that F@@k me up so cant complain too much..

had my well man checks a few weeks back..... tbh dave its a shocker .....still having tests now

I've got that next month! Not that they ever give me any results...

Had a letter about Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm screening on Saturday. Taking it seriously though, as that's what did for my mum.

Hope the prognosis is fine for you,, on a lighter note; you need to get on it, at least have something to blame for the diagnosis

Dermatology at the Uni. hospital the other week.
The Dr was delightful and well worth the visit in itself.
The two cancer that were down for surgery had gone, destroyed by a cream she had prescribed on my previous visit. In the trade they call it radiology in a tube, its commercial name is Efudix. You simply apply it daily and it kills off most skin cancers in 3-4weeks.
Somewhat alarming is when you apply it to a small cancer a few days later the full extent of its growth is revealed by red lines and patches eminating from the one small area originally identified.

Skin cancers and boggered up eyes are what results from spending to much time in the sun staring at the water. To late for me but not for the younger entry who may read this.

When bait fishing for bass I always hold the rod using a small rolling lead and fishing similar to touch ledgering. You feel a little knock or slow pull, followed by a short tug, I think that is when the fish is testing the bait to see if its dangerous, if no resistance is felt the fish returns and takes the bait very confidently. To eliminate resistance to the sharp tug requires soft hands and a rod light enough to hold gently, the P2 is ideal, almost the equal to the old Bass Lite.

The NHS seem to be doing a lot of preventative testing in my area .Just had a ct scan in the local tesco carpark by a mobile unit. I had a GP phone call asking if i had ever smoked or worked with asbestos when I said yes I was invited along for a scan.I have just been sent a plastic harpoon for a bowel cancer check up both tests will now be done every 2 years
