It's driving me up the bloody wall! How do I stop myself getting an email every time there's a reply on a thread I posted on? I'm sure it's very simple, but I'm being fick (sic) and just can't find the off switch!!!

On the subject, on a lot of forums you can tick for notifications within a particular thread, if possible would this not be a better system that the all or nothing system we have at the moment?
