looks good Steve

homemade burger? or butchers ?

I make mine similar to Gordons recipe (ribeye, skirt, and brisket) but I use sirloin instead skirt.......  half pound each of sirloin and ribeye and a pound of brisket all ground up with just a dash of seasoning in the mix.
