The poor mans alternative
To some fast food favourites?
I never went out my way to go to Macdonald's, certainly never bought their plastic breakfasts but I'd often pick up a work colleague a cheesey flatbread thing in the morning so tried one. bit meh, could have been better, the cheese was cheaper than my cheap cheese and let's not get started on the bacon
Was just looking for something light to eat just now and I've been wrap daft for past 2 years now so theres always tortillas wraps in the cupboard (tuna wrap for breakfast. chicken, chorizo, lettuce, jalapenos and sriracha wrap for dinner)
Flung one in a dry frying pan covered in cheese and some torn up spicy chorizo slices then folded over and toasted on each side. Wish I had some jalapenos and bacon instead of chorizo. couldnt be arsed grilling bacon.
As for burger kings jalapenos poppers (chilli cheese bites) I gave up trrying

I'm not a fan of McDs either Croftus. Might eat something from there once every couple of months or less. It seems to me, it all pretty much tastes the same, whatever I choose!
Burger King is much tastier IMO.
When I was on the road, I'd often buy wraps instead of sandwiches and soon preferred them - the fillings were usually more appetising than boring sarnies.
I could never be arsed to make my own though, so fair play to you!

A regular in our house (family of 4) is a large warm roasted chicken, large portion of salad each, a 4-pack of sour-cream dips and a couple of packs of wraps.
A quick healthy tea, delicious & low on carbs.

Wraps are definitely the way to go imo. I've got so good at it its quicker than a sandwich and feels a hell of a lot lighter.
Got my own little system for wrapping that works well for me john. I'm loving the crispy chicken roadhouse burger from Burger King
