I love sourdough, unfortunately my wife hates it.
Luckily, it is usually cut thickly and lasts several days anyway, so it never goes to waste.
Our local co-op sells cheese sourdough. Incredible when eaten straight out of the toaster!
(It's a miracle I'm not the size of a house! ).
