The best I have found is the M&S
Uncut white, pair that up with some extra mature chedder....👍

I love sourdough, unfortunately my wife hates it.

Luckily, it is usually cut thickly and lasts several days anyway, so it never goes to waste. :wink:

Our local co-op sells cheese sourdough. Incredible when eaten straight out of the toaster!

(It's a miracle I'm not the size of a house! :laughs: ).
