Just got a bottle of this Beckfords folly caramel rum sweet and smooth no need for a mixer just straight or with ice

Also got the rum and caramel liqueur from them can’t even taste the rum In that one would recommend both

I prefer my rum neat and at room temperture.
Appleton's 12year old is now one of my favourites, closely followed by Chairman's Reserve Hidden Cask.

I also keep a bottle of Kraken for guests who prefer spiced and a bottle Captain Morgan for adding a dash to my evening latte. For anyone suffering from the post Covid alcohol headaches I can recommend it as 1-2bottle 3-4month cure.

We had a houseful yesterday from overseas, Guyana, Trinidad and Canada. It's not my cup of tea the above. Had a nip, it was carnage as the clowns were knocking it back like tequila slammers.

Thankfully I've got the house to myself today the first time in months.
