Delivery of ordered items

Hi Ben,

Ref: Order #2469

I just wanted to check what the delivery timescales are for the Hoodie and Polo shirt that I've ordered. I ordered them a couple of weeks ago back on the 13th Nov and apart from the order acknowledgement, I've not heard anything. Absolutely no problem with waiting, I just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something.

It's all there on the order pages Nick.

Clothing orders are all made to order - with orders on the supplier batched twice a month (on the 1st & 15th). Then there's about a 10 day lead time before Ben receives each batch from the supplier to send out.

By my reckoning, that means the initial orders should start arriving any day now?

It's not just you - we're all waiting expectantly! (but from my experience with stuff ordered elsewhere, the post is not a quick as usual at the moment, due to the pre-Christmas volume).

I wonder who's going to be the first to post a pike capture picture of themselves in their new Pit togs?

Hi, order 2461 on the 12th Nov for some stickers, are the lead times about the same as the clothing, no rush just making sure you have it.

It was all supposed to arrive last Friday but some items were late arriving (stock arrives sporadically at the moment which is frustrating for our supplier).

So he’s dropping it off either tomorrow night or Tuesday afternoon, I’ve got all the labels etc ready so there will be no delay this end.

In summary, I expect items to arrive by Friday 18th and l’ll pay a little extra for 1st class post

I was so excited at batch one of the clothing arriving that I missed a few badges and stickers that people ordered with their items, these have been posted this morning with a few extras by way of an apology, sorry for any inconvenience or confusion.

Apologies Ben, I meant to drop you a note to say my hoodie and T shirt arrived safe and sound just before Christmas. Glad to say I managed to get out before the lockdown and christen the hoodie with a bit of slime from a nice plump mid double. Many thanks mate, they look great and feel brilliant..!
