Excellent stuff Jason/Rob.

As other's have said, a thoroughly good egg and top notch angler shares a few of his views and thoughts. Yet another major coup for the Pool.

I met Rob through this forum and have fished with him a couple of times and I can confirm he is indeed a top geezer, even if he does support a s***e team lol, at least he is loyal to them.

Nice one Rob, hope the dogs doing ok.

Thanks guys. Good to see Jason trying to get the Pool going again. Hope we can all help him with some material along the way.

I am working on a book. I'd like to do one, but i want to do one on all the main Uk predators as there's not many (if any) who have done that. The pike, perch, zed and tope stuff is covered and done. I intend to fish for eels over the next few years to cover that and continue having a go at catching a big bass, which always escape me, despite trying over the years.
