trying to address some issues. I'll leave this on for a while and see how those who had problems getting on get on with it then tweak the colors tonight back to what we are used to.

possibly aye. but it could be whatever dns their isp is using causing the no connection and timeouts for some members :afraid:

changing dns on the router/pc to opendns (google though ? hmm :suspect: ) or something would probably sort the connection issues but might be a bit too technical for some of these auld duffers

theres some weird DNS stuff going on causing timeouts and dropped connections etc. nothing the host will do or can do. I dont have the issue myeslf though have noticed it hang a little before finally connecting with the odd cannot be reached message.

i've seen it on traceroutes with 100% packet loss after like the 3rd hop before it reaches godaddy. all I can do the now is try and speed up the sites response time a little till we move to a new host, update php version, optimize the database, some tweaks here and there.

I changed some cookie settings lastnight and now it gets a bit confused with having two sets of cookies for the same site and wont log you in :red: deleting all cookies sorts that

Wonder if it’s worth running a poll to see just how many users where affected? I never was

Quite frankly if it’s ten people I don’t give a toss!! Even less so if it’s some of the regular moaners and back biters
