They are also arseholes. They sit just out from your swim, watching and waiting, till you turn your back, then try to ransack your groundbait.

Years ago as they were a problem during the day on a lake I fished, so we would turn up after they flew off to spend the night on another water. The following morning they would fly back circle the lake have a group
Meeting for a few mins then the first would dive. Resurfacing some what angry very close to the bank with
A hook in its mouth, :laughs:
We couldn't understand how they worked out exactly where the bait was, but it happened too many times,
Catching the first to dive. :roll:

The little b******s also sit in wait until the light fades just enough so you can't recast with accuracy, then dive down and pick up all of your baits :hissy:
