Is there a sticky with details of how to easily resize pics for the forum? If not how about one?

Look on Snap Files > Freeware.
Just old and knackered.

Or, you can hunt down "Free Photo-editing" software in G'.

It can be done in Win 10, (paint I think), but there must be simpler for the basics out there.

Windows picture viewer has a basic editing function, it's what I used to slightly crop some Robin pics to correct the orientation.

Well, I resize all my photos straight from my Lightroom catalogue. I was just trying to make a suggestion to help those less able, like the sticky about removing medatata from pics.

Wasted my f*****g time face. :yours:

When i get a moment ill draw something up. From memory though i think there was a program called "acdsee resizer" that was quite popular.

If it's on your phone, take a screenshot of the original photo, then use the screenshot.

I've an ancient phone so would struggle to do even that and don't have a Taplop so I'm fairly screwed :red:

Crofty shouldn’t the forum resize the images automatically pal?

If not then I’m sure I’ve seen a Mod for it

Simple on iPhone just download this Resize it app. You can type in the 200 size save job done.
Don't know if they have it for android as I only have apple.

Metadata is all the info stored in a photo - including GPS coordinates if the camera/phone has GPS.
