You can get a Leeds 5.5" pin off eBay for about 80 quid, fantastic reel, it's size makes retrieving a doddle, a good bat of the rim can see yards of line back on the spool in the blink of an eye.

I have one of the TD, supposedly made by Terry Daniels and marketed by Specialist tackle of Romford. I think mine's dated 1991, not sure without looking.

High end centrepins are always going up in value.
Certainly much better than leaving it in the bank always providing buyers are around who want it when the time comes?

Got a Rapidex 11 a couple of weeks back---river been flooded since and not had chance to put it through its paces.
(and its a proper pin mike :wink: )
